Rocca Sinibalda Castle is a place where history, myth, and experimentation have long coexisted. A Renaissance architectural masterpiece with a deeply visionary spirit, it has hosted over the centuries artists, writers, filmmakers, performers, and cultural innovators.
This collection consists of eight short high-definition 3D video works inspired by a science-fiction vision: Earth after the disappearance of humanity. In these works, the castle survives as a silent witness to history, while its frescoes endure as relics preserved within futuristic self-powered devices, still functioning in the void left behind by their makers.
The castle becomes both archive and ark: a structure carved into time, carrying memory across centuries while opening a fissure toward a possible future.
