This project consists of a series of video-performative raids through the city, inspired by the philosophy of urban writing, with one essential difference: here, the gesture that marks the territory is temporary and ephemeral. It carries the same tension and adrenaline of an illegal action, yet it leaves no permanent trace. What remains is the video documentation of the event, often unfolding in the absolute solitude and oppressive silence that inhabit the most abandoned areas of our cities.
 

The first raid took place late at night in Tor Bella Monaca, a deeply marginalized neighborhood on the outskirts of Rome. Within that landscape of dirt, neglect, and desolation, I appear as a solitary figure, almost absurd, trying to carve out a small space of peace. And even when I finally stop to rest beneath the orange glow of an artificial sun, I remain alone, suspended in the darkness.
