History and contemporary art find their peculiar balance in one of the most evocative places in Italy, the Castle of Rocca Sinibalda, which with its imposing bulk dominates the Turano valley, in the province of Rieti, since the mid-eleventh century, period where it was built, to then receive an important "restyling" in 1530 by the architect Baldassarre Peruzzi. Open to the public also with numerous reception services, the Castle in recent years has also been the promoter of artistic programs, among all the Endecameron artistic residency project, which became digital in 2020 due to the pandemic: Francesca Fini curated that very peculiar edition.
Now Fini is the protagonist of the new digital project promoted by the Castle, creating video works inspired by the frescoes of Girolamo Muziano in the Hall of Metamorphoses. The result is the digital art collection A Dream In Stone, designed to enhance the heritage of the house and also to be enjoyed by the public on the Sedition digital arts platform.
